Returns & Replacements Policy

Products cannot be returned and can only be replaced within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Replacements are done free of cost if –

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style) is received
  • wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) is received.
  • Customer do not like the product. (Product can only be replaced once if there is no issue in product and customer is exchanging it on likeability grounds only).

However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

Process of Replacement:-

  • Write to us at info@glamwiz.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Send us the details of the replacement (Order number, unboxing video, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
  • Our customer support will contact you within 24-48 hrs once the request is made. 
  • Once your request is verified, pickup is initiated by us (Free of Cost- No extra costs charged).
  • The replacement product (sent by the customer) is dispatched once the replacement product is picked up from customer’s address.

Note: Return requests on Whatsapp or call won’t be considered. You can write to us at our mentioned email id with the proper unboxing video. We will revert you back in 12-24 hrs.

Guidelines for a valid replacement:

  • Unboxing Video (unpacking video of the product without any pauses or editing)  is a must to raise replacement request. 
  • Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition
  • Tags should be retained and returned.
  • Product is not eligible for return if there are slight color variations (particularly silk sarees as the saree has its own shine which might result in slight variations in the effect of light).
  • Products are not eligible for return if there are slight variations in terms of dimensions, for instance, length or width.
  • Products are not eligible for return if the customer don’t likes the quality as all our product are manufactured in compliance with the quality standards as per the price range. We offer replacements if defective product is received. 

Non-eligible products for replacements:

  • All Handmade products like Kota doria or handpainted organza sarees.
  • All Handloom products.
  • All Customized products such as made-to-order Paithani sarees (made-to-order Paithani sarees can only be replaced if the product is not made as per the specifications sent by customer).

To validate the replacement for made-to-order Paithani sarees, a valid proof (WhatsApp or email screenshots) is mandatory.

Refund Policy

We do not have refund policy, however, in case, during the replacement process, a customer does not like any product from our collection, we can provide them with a cash voucher that can be used for a purchase later on.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been made, the order cannot be canceled.
