Returns & Replacements Policy

Products cannot be returned and can only be replaced within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

Replacement Intimation:

You can email us at info@glamwiz.com within 10 days from the date of delivery. The details of the replacement (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

Note: Return requests on Whatsapp or call won’t be considered. You can right to us at our mentioned email id with the proper unboxing video. We will revert you back in 12-24 hrs.

Guidelines for a valid replacement:

  • Unboxing Video (unpacking video of the product without any pauses or editing)  is a must to raise replacement request. 
  • Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition
  • Tags should be retained and returned.
  • Product is not eligible for return if there are slight color variations (particularly silk sarees as the saree has its own shine which might result in slight variations in the effect of light).
  • Products are not eligible for return if there are slight variations in terms of dimensions, for instance, length or width.
  • Products are not eligible for return if the customer don’t likes the quality as all our product are manufactured in compliance with the quality standards as per the price range. We offer replacements if defective product is received. 

Please note that your product won’t be applicable for the return if the video sent is not as per these guidelines. Please not that we don’t accept returns. We don’t do replacement on quality basis as our products are manufactured in compliance of quality standards as per the price range offered.

Eligibility for return or replacement:

  • If you receive wrong product.
  • If the product received is not same as images.
  • If the color received is totally different.
  • If you receive damaged or defective product (please note that minor defects like loose thread are not applicable for returns or replacements).

Procedure of Returns & Replacements:

  • Mail us at info@glamwiz.com with your reason for return with product’s unboxing video.
  • Once the replacement request accepted, pickup will be generated by us.
  • The replacement product is dispatched right after the pickup.
  • We do not charge extra fee for replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been made, the order cannot be canceled.
