  2. Return Instructions: Upon confirmation, we will initiate the pickup for you. Our reverse pickup partner is Delhivery courier, pickup may be done within 24-48 hrs. An AWB will be sent once the pickup is initiated.

  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, our team will promptly inspect it (if in case any missing items, partial credits will be given). Upon verification of the quality concerns, we will process your exchange or issue store credits.

Note: The complete return/exchange process may take 7-8 days. However, in case of special cases, we are always ready to deliver your exchange request as soon as we can.

Alteration Process:

  1. Initiate the Process: Reply to this email with the precise measurements. We request you to give precise dimensions with heels to avoid further inconvenience. Also share a brief note of inconvenience faced.

  2. Return Instructions: Upon confirmation, we will initiate the pickup for you. Our reverse pickup partner is Delhivery courier, pickup may be done within 24-48 hrs. An AWB will be sent once the pickup is initiated.

  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, our team will promptly inspect it and forward it for alterations to the tailoring team. It may take 24-48 hrs in alterations once a product received at our warehouse.

  4. Final Dispatch: The item is dispatched after careful inspections of precise alterations as per the instructions.
